Completely Unique Fordite Pendants.

Fordite is a waste product, an eco friendly material that repurposes old car paint spray. It is a resin like material (a mix of acrylic-polyurethane) which it is lovely and light.

Suitable pieces are meticulously reshaped and polished.

The pattern is often not revealed until the spray paint blocks are cut, and every combination of layering is different. This means that no pattern will ever be the same and every piece will be one-of-a-kind. Its a great way of re-using a waste product and turning it into something new and unique.

I have hosted the Fordite on a small silver plated octopus, situated to the back of the piece. It is held on sustainable hemp, left loose for you to hang at your desired length.
