Completely Unique Surfite Pendants.

Surfite is a waste product, an eco friendly material that repurposes the resin used on surf boards. This product is created from the resin overspill (drippage effectively) that would usually be discarded. The colours build up over time creating lovely layers. Perfect for pendants!

Suitable pieces of resin are meticulously reshaped and polished. They are not perfect pieces, so expect the odd scratch, dimple or mark, but thats all part of the charm!

The pattern is often not revealed until the resin blocks are cut, and every combination of resin layering is different. This means that no surfite pattern will ever be the same and every piece will be one-of-a-kind. Its a great way of re-using a waste product and turning it into something new and unique.

I have hosted the surfite on a small silver plated octopus, situated to the back of the piece. It is held on sustainable hemp, left loose for you to hang at your desired length.
